Qualified Digital created an ambitious new look for the redesign of Second Front, a pioneering technology company that facilitates secure and rapid government access to advanced commercial software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.
Needless to say, the redesign’s science fiction-inspired design got me excited for the challenge of developing its front end: all those disparate curves meant I had to develop a complex sprite map that would retain the design’s dimensionality while respecting responsivity across devices.
In addition to incorporating support for inline and embedded video, motion graphics through Lottie animations, and a customized podcast player via Amplitude, I provided Second Front with a library of custom blocks so their marketing team could continue to steer the ship after launch.
